JOB DESCRIPTION
Director of research and policy review.
Part-time position to commence with possibilities of full-time position. (Three days per week). Pay commensurate with qualifications and experience.
What you’ll do.
In your position you will provide support to Community of Creative Citizens staff and board of directors in the areas of health, education, energy, housing, municipal reform and economy and other areas as assigned by the executive director. An initial task would be to identify sources of funding for staff and the overall operation of CCC.
The right candidate
Our ideal candidate has the following skills:
· A background in political science, economics, social sciences
· Strong research background to include best practices around the world.
· Organization skills such as hosting summits.
· Good oral and writing skills.
· Fluent in both languages, but not a prerequisite
· Ability to work independently and as part of the team. (An office will be provided, and staff are encouraged to work in the office as much as possible.
