Ticket Cancellation Policy

Featured Events

State of the Province Address, Curling Funspiel, Golf Tournament, Business Excellence Awards and State of the City Address, and any other featured event the Chamber is hosting:

Written notice by email must be received a minimum of one week prior to the event date in order to receive a ticket refund. If an individual/company does not attend an event but a ticket has been purchased and no written cancellation has been received they will still be billed accordingly.

Note: Tickets are transferrable. If you cannot use your ticket we encourage you to give it to a client, guest or colleague to attend in your place.

Please send your written cancellation to our Event Manager at events@frederictonchamber.ca.

 

Informative Events

For any informative event the Chamber is hosting:

Written notice by email must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event date in order to receive a refund. If an individual/company does not attend an event but a seat has been purchased and no written cancellation has been received they will be billed accordingly.

Note: Seats are transferrable. If you cannot use your seat we encourage you to give it to a client, guest or colleague to attend in your place.
