Client Experience Specialist / Branch Administrator

Dennis Financial Inc. is looking for a new team member and this may be right opportunity for you. Join us as a Client Experience Specialist/Administrator in our branch. Working directly with our wealth advisor team, you will have the opportunity to provide high quality and timely engagement with our client base.

Major responsibilities will include:

Client servicing, advisor meeting presentation preparation and review and follow up on client documentation.
Answer queries, disseminate or explain information to callers and visitors both internal and external as required.
Acts as the first point of contact between Dennis Financial Inc. and its clients; actioning all client requests with the Advisor and/or the team within pre-defined service level agreement (SLA).
Completion of office administrative tasks such as
Ensures accuracy of completed account/trade paperwork and all client meeting documentation when required. Including but not limited to:
Account applications, RRIF transfer paperwork/calculations, completion of pension documentation, life insurance application, Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, financial plan data population, insurance applications/products.
Outbound calls to schedule and manage Advisor/Client Appointments and events.
Ensures that all client information is entered in the Client Relationship Management Software.
Provide administrative support to advisors, coverage for other support staff and other duties as assigned.

Integral to the success of this role the ideal candidate must possess:

Minimum 3 years in an Advisor/Client support role in a Financial Services firm or alternate high-level comparable experience will be considered.
Able to foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients, advisors, branch support staff and other key stakeholders.
Willing to analyze current office processes and best practices and take time to improve them.
Excellent client service and communication skills are required.
Ability to anticipate client needs, resourcefulness and timely follow up is expected.
Able to multi-task, prioritize and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Office 365 Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel), Adobe,
Experience using financial planning software, cloud-based storage, Univeris Trading and client relationship management software (CRM) is an asset.
