We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to cover a maternity leave up to 18 months. The ideal applicant will possess formal training in clerical tasks, excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Applicant must be dependable, with excellent attendance record, a keen eye for detail, positive attitude. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. Duties will include greeting customers, answering incoming phone calls, updating and maintaining records and databases, operating office equipment, data entry, preparation of correspondence to outside sources, meeting deadlines, providing assistance and support for realtors, various aspects of administrative support and additional tasks as needed. Hours are 8:30 to 5 on Mondays through Fridays.
