We are looking for an individual that views IT as a strategic part of enabling a business. This is an exciting opportunity to improve existing processes and build new structures to support an organization through a high period of growth. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Our ideal candidate has experience running IT systems, implementing new technologies and Office365 administrative experience. This role will need to travel to our Fredericton office when needed for on-site support. If you like variety in your day-to-day this could be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Identity and Asset Management.
Responsible for administrating new employee technical onboarding, which includes setting up laptop, setting up MFA, downloading appropriate apps, etc.
Responsible for purchasing all laptops and technical equipment.
Responsible for supporting internal users, troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
Responsible for monitoring Exchange email services.
Contributes to the monitoring of InTune policies, ensuring anti-virus is running, etc.
Supports Product Tier 1 Support as backup for customer support tickets when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be located in Fredericton and able to travel to office when required.
Experience in a similar role.
Experience working with O365 Exchange.
You are thorough and responsive.
You are detail oriented.
Ability to learn and master new technologies.
Technical experience with Azure Active Directory and user group management systems is an asset.
