Customer Service Manager
Our premier physician led medical aesthetics clinic in Fredericton is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Manager to join our growing professional team. Your role would be creating a first-class client experience and leading all administrative activities.
This position is ideal for a warm and welcoming individual with a “we can” attitude who is looking for stable, long-term employment with potential for growth within our team. The candidate must be organized with the ability to prioritize customer service while managing multiple administrative tasks. Professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential.
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Compensation: Starting at $21.00/hour with performance bonuses
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Administrative skills
• Computer skills – Microsoft programs, iOS, online scheduling software
• Social Media & Marketing – Graphic Design (Canva), E-Newsletter Design, proficiency in a variety of social media platforms
• Experience in customer service
• Professional etiquette
• Ability to adapt, problem solve and work independently
• Integrity, strong commitment to excellence, attention to detail
• Eager to learn
• Interest in the field of medical aesthetics
Experience in retail sales, beauty/cosmetic or hospitality sectors
• Management of all aspects of client journey including inquiries, appointment scheduling for multiple providers, greeting clients, check-in and check-out, payment processing
• Client chart management
• Sales and promotion including in-office, social media postings, emails
• Organization and delivery of clinic standards and protocols.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and confidently communicate to clients our products and services once training provided
• Inventory management
