Sponsor Fulfillment Coordinator

Major Responsibilities:
This is a key event-based role within the sales and sponsorship department for East Coast Music Awards. This includes, but is not limited to:
Managing sponsor fulfillment both onsite at the event and during lead-up preparations and post-event.
Working with Marketing and Sales Manager to ensure delivery of Sponsor benefits including but not limited to Digital Event Guide Ads, Social Media mentions, Logo placement, photography requests, and all ticketing requests.
Assisting the Partner & Sponsorship Manager with ongoing sponsor communications and being the key contact for all fulfillment related communications
Coordinating and supervising sponsorship volunteers
Ensure all sponsor advertising is returned to the client at the end of the event.
Managing the Aficionado program fulfillment both onsite and during lead-up preparations.

Have strong organizational and admin skills, detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Be reliable, hard-working, flexible, conscientious, and a team player with a positive attitude.
Proven interpersonal and leadership skills.
Be creative, resourceful, flexible, and take initiative.
Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, be able to assess and handle difficult situations.
Previous experience working with large groups of volunteers
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Specific experience with, or knowledge of, the regional music scene, and multi-event operations is also desirable.
Bilingualism an asset.
