United Way is seeking Financial Administrator to join our team. This person holds primary responsibility for executing sound financial management of the organization in accordance with financial policies and procedures, the CRA guidelines and United Way/Centraide Canada policies.

The Financial Administrator contributes directly to the organization’s commitment to honoring the public trust and continued financial viability of United Way Centraide Central NB. The successful candidate will have strong financial management skills, demonstrate superior organizational abilities, demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, work  independently and as a team member, a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment  and in working with volunteers. This position also requires additional hours and flexibility in
working hours.

The successful candidate requires a minimum of a college Diploma in
bookkeeping/Accounting and 1 year experience or equivalent work experience is required.  Experience providing financial administration in a non-profit environment would be a strong asset.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Ability to work in both official languages is considered an asset.
