FREDERICTON, NB – The Fredericton Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Business Excellence Awards on October 5, 2023 at the Delta Fredericton, naming award recipients in eight categories.

“The Business Excellence Awards is a highlight on the annual chamber calendar for the chamber staff, our board of directors – and, of course, our members.” said Krista Ross, CEO of the Fredericton chamber. “Taking time to celebrate success in our region is a reminder that great things are happening right in our backyard. Fredericton has a wonderful mix of cutting-edge knowledge-sector businesses, innovative startups, amenities and more traditional businesses that are foundational to our community.”

Recognizing outstanding achievement in business and community involvement, awards were presented in eight categories. The 10th anniversary of the Spacek, Armstrong and Norrad Resilience Award was used as a retrospective of previous recipients.

“We often don’t do a great job of celebrating our successes in New Brunswick, which is so important as we work through difficult times,” said Krista Ross, CEO of the Fredericton chamber. “This event provides an opportunity to do just that. It is a re-energizing evening for our organization as well as for all of the finalists and recipients.”
