    A non-refundable registration fee of CAD $550 per person is due with you registration and is included in your total tour fare. We'll be in contact to collect it from you. The balance is due on or before December 15, 2026.

    A non-refundable registration fee of CAD $550 per person is due with you registration and is included in your total tour fare. We'll be in contact to collect it from you. The balance is due on or before December 15, 2026. If you need to cancel the trip for any reason after December 15, 2026 you will be at a loss of CAD $2,800 on top of the CAD $550 registration fee, otherwise you will receive a full refund (minus the CAD $550 non-refundable registration fee). Since we included post departure travel insurance but not to cover for travel cancellation, you might go buy additional travel insurance on your own.

    Securing or updating a passport is your responsibility. Passports must be vaild for 6 months past travel date. U.S. and Canadian residents do not need any visa applications.

    There will be a valuable pre-tour briefing for all participants; date, time and location will be announced. We will answer all of your questions and familiarize you with details you will need to know.
