MECCA Corporation is a Fredericton based general contractor providing professional construction related services to private sector clients throughout New Brunswick for more than 25 years. We want to make every customer a repeat customer.
Job Description:
Reporting to the General Manager, this person will work with consultants, owners, sub-contractors and suppliers to successfully deliver projects on time and on budget.
Daily activities will include project cost estimating, preparation of proposals, site visits and inspections ensuring safety compliance and quality control, managing project workforce, managing project expenses and regular communications with the project team.
Requirements:
Proficient in the use of Windows and MS Office 365 (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Experience with or demonstrate the ability to learn ProCore, (Construction Management Software), PlanSwift (Estimating/Take off Software) and MS Project. (Construction Scheduling Software)
Post Secondary Education and/or experience relevant to the commercial construction industry.
Willingness to work under time constraints and be committed to specific timelines.
Willingness to submit a criminal background check and provide a drivers abstract.
Strong organizational skills paired with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Salary:
A combination of salary and profit sharing will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
