We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive adoption of Beauceron Security solutions for enterprise, service providers and large public sector in Canada and the United States. You will drive rapid growth in pipeline coverage and quota attainment, and we do not cap commission!
Our perfect candidate is a professional sales hunter who is comfortable selling to large enterprise clients in the cybersecurity space, enjoys a consultative sales process, and is not unnerved by a long sales cycle. We are looking for a collaborative team player who is comfortable with ambiguity and effecting change. As the Senior Account Executive, you’ll not only focus on enterprise sales and building a trusted advisor relationship with our new clients, but you’ll also have the opportunity to share your expertise and add value overall to the direct sales team. Responsible for generating opportunities and taking deals through discovery to close to hit sales targets.
Responsible for managing complex sales negotiations, navigating procurement and contracting.
Responsible for representing the company at events and travelling on behalf of the organization.
Responsible for staying informed on current trends and issues in the industry and leveraging this information in discussions with the customer.
Responsible for ensuring successful client handoff to Customer Success Managers.
Contributes to identifying potential new customers to develop a pipeline of active opportunities.
Contributes to ideas for innovative business solutions to customer pains.
Supports the Marketing Team in selecting trade shows and conferences.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Fortune 500, Enterprise, Service Provider, SMB and Public Sector security sales.
Experience and expertise in Security and Software-as-a-Service go to market strategies.
Proven ability to drive growth and quota attainment through focus on customer problems and business outcomes.
Experience with solution selling and/or consultative sales strategies to C-Suite.
Experience navigating procurement and contracting language.
Must be located in Canada.
Experience selling into the US.
You understand and are motivated to exceed sales targets.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in French and English is an asset.
