Full-Time, Compensation – $45,000-$50,000
The New Brunswick Multicultural Council (NBMC) NBMC is seeking a full-time, bilingual Youth Engagement and Events Coordinator for Imagine NB, a youth leadership program created in 2017 to support immigrant and refugee high school students in developing leadership skills so that they may have an impact and play key roles in the future vitality of our province.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Event logistics and retreat coordination
Retreat program development and aligning guest speakers, themes and activities
Develop and prepare program materials and documentation
Oversee project budget and ensure it is adhered to.
Youth participant recruitment, selection and evaluations
Youth engagement and communication, frequent youth connection and oversee success of their program involvement
Conduct youth case management including problem solving, tracking and recording progress and results.
Program promotions, presentations about Imagine NB and support program communication materials.
Liaise with advisory committee and program supporters, government partners and NBMC member agencies.
