The Tourism Industry Association of New Brunswick (TIANB) is a non-profit organization that represents the tourism industry.  We are governed by a Board of Directors made up of industry leaders.  We are the leading advocate for tourism issues in the province of New Brunswick.

Tourism is the third largest economic driver in New Brunswick with a GDP higher than Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Mining combined.  Tourism supports over 30,000 employees and represents close to 9% of the province’s labor force.  So we are a serious business and need the respect and support we deserve.

We, at TIANB are always looking out for our members.   With the high cost of doing business in New Brunswick, TIANB is always looking for ways to help operators reduce their operating costs.  We signed agreements that automatically makes our TIANB members members of Restaurants Canada and Staples Business Advantage providing many benefits and discounts.  This is a savings of over $600 a year and you get three memberships for the price of one.

We continue to sign new preferred members offering many discounts to our members.

We offer a wide range of nationally recognized training programs and services.  We also have over 300 online courses appropriate for any business from aboriginal awareness to cannabis awareness, to conflict resolutions, leadership fundamentals, and many many more.  Visit our website at www.tianb.com for more details.

The TIANB Annual Summit will be held at the Crowne Plaza Moncton November 27 and 28, and we are starting with eight government department presentations that cover topics directly impacting the tourism Industry.

The second day is packed with educational and informative topics focusing on labour shortage, human resources and ending with our prestigious Tourism Awards Gala to celebrate our industry.

We hope that you will reach out to us and take advantage of your provincial tourism association’s many benefits.
