EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Fredericton Chamber of Commerce Cancellation Policy

Featured Dinner Events
Distinguished Citizen Awards, Business Excellence Awards, State of the City Address and any other Keynote Speaker Dinner Events.

Written notice* (including email) must be received a minimum of one week prior to the event date in order to receive a ticket refund. If an individual/company does not attend an event but a ticket has been purchased and no written cancellation has been received they will still be billed accordingly.

Note: Tickets are transferrable. If you cannot use your tickets we encourage you to give it to a client, guest or colleague to attend in your place.

Member Services Events
Chamber Educational Opportunites, Breakfast/Lunch Events, Tri-City Mixer, Annual Chamber Golf Tournament.

Written notice* (which can include email) must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event date in order to receive a refund. If an individual/company does not attend an event but a seat has been purchased and no written cancellation has been received they will be billed accordingly.

Note: Seats are transferrable. If you cannot use your seat we encourage you to give it to a client, guest or colleague to attend in your place.

**Special Cancellation arrangements will be made our on Annual State of the Province Address, which is held every year in January.
