How to use this calendar

Calendar View
Click on any date on the calendar to find a list of events of that day.

Category View
Choose the category you are interested in to find a list of events listed in that category.

Event Information
Click on any event title to find more information on any event. For further information on the event you can use the contact information at the bottom of the event description.

Add an Event
Choose the "Add ad Event" link in the lower left hand side of the page. You will need to complete the form and your event will be forwarded to the calendar administrator. The calendar administrator will accept or reject the event based on the calendar criteria. For a list of event criteria please click here.

Event Criteria

• Submissions must be made at least one week in advance of the event to ensure they are approved and published in time. If your event is submitted less than one week before its date, we cannot guarantee its publication;
• All announcements are subject to the approval of the designated Calendar Administrators and we reserve the right to refuse any message in our absolute discretion.
• To add an event to the calendar the submitter must complete the mandatory fields in the "Add an Event" form; Please Note that your event is not submitted until you click the submit button.
• The submitter is responsible for accuracy or completeness of event information and please remember to obtain permission before publishing another person's contact info;
• Your event will be sent to a queue for moderation, and once it is approved, it will appear on the events calendar. Approval may take up to 5 business days.
• If your event has been cancelled, you can withdraw it from the calendar using the link from the email you received when you initially submitted the event.

Events submitted to the calendar should adhere to the following criteria. Events that don't meet these criteria may be rejected by calendar editors.

• Acceptable Events
• Business and Networking Events, seminars, workshops, conferences, tradeshows;
• Meetings, consultations;
• Fundraisers;
• Exhibitions, festivals, concerts;
• Sporting events, recreational activities;
• Education Opportunities

The following events will not be approved:

• Commercial Sales Events;
• Personal Events such as birthday parties, weddings, wedding anniversaries, other personal parties;
• Personal yard sales;
• Events that promote, foster, or perpetuate discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability or sexual orientation;
